Tee Time Reservations
- Only one tee time can be booked per day. If you need to book more than four players, please call the Golf Shop at 816-324-7575.
- The golf shop staff and starter reserve the right to fill tee times with up to four payers when there are openings.
- Singles are only allowed to book in slots with two or three existing players unless they are walking on.
- All tee time reservations are subject to the 24 Hour Cancellation, Reduction, and No-Show Policies.
- All Tee Times before 4:00 pm are for 18 holes. Twilight Rates are available after 4:00 pm for a reduced fee.
- Spectators, ride alongs, and non golfers are permitted provided:
- No additional carts are needed for the group.
- Golfers have priority on golf carts over non golfers (spectators may have to walk).
- The pace of play in not impacted.
- Raincheck will NOT be issued unless play is suspended by the golf staff. Raincheck are prorated and determined by the amount of holes played.
- All golfers must have their own set of clubs and golf bag.
24 Hour Cancellation, Reduction, and No-Show Policies
- All tee-time cancellations and reductions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation/reduction policy.
- All cancellations/reductions to any reservation must be completed by contacting the golf shop at 816-324-7575 before the 24-hour window begins. Exceptions for weather apply.
- If 24-hour advance notice is not given for canceling a reservation, changing the number of players, or if any player(s) no show(s) in that tee time, Duncan Hills Golf Course you may be subject to a charge of a minimum of $25 up to the full green fee per open slot/no-show or lose your reservation privileges for 1 month.
- In the event of downsizing a group, Duncan Hills Golf Course reserves the right to add outside golfers to make a complete foursome.
Golf Cart Policies
- Must be 16 years old and have a valid drivers license to operate any golf cart at Duncan Hills. This includes personal carts.
- Trail Fees are applied to personal carts that are driven on Duncan Hills. These may be purchased in the pro shop. Trail Fees are inclusive of the entire cart itself.
- Cart fees are inclusive of a half-cart (one seat), not the entire cart itself.
- Carts usage is limited to one cart maximum for 1-2 players and two carts maximum for 3-4 players.
Check In Policies
- Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation or your party may be placed on standby for the next opening on the tee box.
- When checking in, parties that exceed allotted reservation spots will be placed on standby for the next opening on the tee box.
- All golfers and riders must check in to the pro shop prior to play. Any fees owed for rental carts or rider fees will be collected at that time.
- Tee times must start from hole #1 unless otherwise directed by our golf professional. Our grounds staff works on a tight schedule to ensure that the course is in great condition for play.
- Walk in’s will be placed on a standby list for the next opening on the tee box.
On Course Rules
- Golf carts remain at least 30 feet away from the greens and tee boxes and out of any roped off area of the golf course.
- Keep carts on path around tees and greens. Specifically, on the steep hill banks of holes #6 and #12.
- 90 degree cart rule is in effect daily unless, otherwise noted in the golf shop. Please adhere to all local rules as dictated by the grounds superintendent.
- Repairing ball marks and replacing divots will help the turf recover quickly, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all.
- Players are responsible for any damage to the golf course, course amenities, and golf carts.
Pace of Play Policy
Everyone is entitled to a good pace. All Players must keep pace with the group in front of them and/or on pace with our pace of play matrix which is roughly 2 hours for 9 holes and 4 hours for 18 holes. If you fall out of position or behind relative to the matrix (15 minutes per hole), you will be asked to regain your position on the course.
- 1st Warning Your group will be asked to adjust your speed of play to regain your position.
- 2nd Warning Your group will be asked to move forward as far as necessary to regain your position.
- If after 2 reminders you are unwilling to do so, you will be asked to cease play and return to the club house.
Dress Code
Proper golf attire is recommended. Tee shirts and jeans are acceptable. No baseball / track cleats. Please wear spikeless golf shoes or sneakers.
Food & Beverage
- No outside beverages allowed. We have available for purchase a wide variety of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
- Personal coolers are allowed. Please bring it into the golf shop and we are happy to fill it with ice and beverages of choice.
- Grab and go snacks and hot sandwiches are available for purchase through the pro shop.
